单质量特性进货检验方案的优化研究

摘　　要：文章在供应链协同基础上,针对单质量特性无损进货检验的情形,利用供应商的出厂检验信息和供应商产品的历史质量记录,建立了全检、免检和抽样检验三种方案所发生费用的数学模型,运用Matlab程序寻求最优进货检验方案。最后通过实例验证了模型和检验方案选优方法的可行性。Within a supply chain cooperation environment, the information of supplier＇s final quality inspection and formal quality data is very helpful to select an optimal incoming inspection plan. To help companies to get the optimal inspection plan, this paper develops inspection cost models for total inspection, exemption from inspection and sample inspection. At last, an example is given to verify the feasibility of this method.
