摘　　要：文章依据统计量的标准化理论,利用中心t分布给出了单侧限"s"法的抽样方案。它是对国家标准GB/T 8054-2008中表3的改进。By the standardized theory of statitic, this essay uses the t distribution geting a sampling plan for one-sided specification limit ＂s＂ method. It is an improvement on the GB/T 8054-2008 for table 3.
