摘　　要：通过对常规兵器试验靶场如何进行"监视和测量"这一具体问题的研究,将靶场试验工作的实际与GJB 9001A中8.2条款紧密联系起来,分析了靶场质量管理体系中监视和测量的层次、内容和存在的常见问题;探讨了靶场质量管理中监视和测量的实施方法;针对监视和测量中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。By the study on＂monitoring and measurement＂ in Conventional Ordnance Test Center, the reality of proving-ground test work is closely connected with item 8.2 in GJB 9001A. The hierarchy, contents and existent common problems of monitoring and measurement in quality management system are analyzed. The monitoring and measurement execution methods in quality discussed.
