中药红油膏对大鼠创面愈合影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨红油膏促进大鼠创面愈合的作用机制。方法实验大鼠经手术造成背部创面,随机分为2组,实验组用红油膏涂布创面,对照组采用龙珠软膏。观察大鼠创面愈合时间;动物造模后第3,5,7天,创面取分泌物检测巨噬细胞以及创面肉芽组织测定蛋白质含量;造模后第1,3,5,7天,测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。结果与对照组比较,实验组能缩短大鼠创面愈合时间;实验组在相应时间内的巨噬细胞数量高于或显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);经红油膏治疗的大鼠皮肤创面,其组织中蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);术后第1天,实验组与对照组CRP均升高,之后实验组CRP下降,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论红油膏能有效促进大鼠创面愈合。Objective It is to approach the mechanism of Hongyougao on wound healing in rats. Methods After the surgery on the back, the rats were randomly divided into Hongyougao group and Longzhu ointment group. The time of wound healing in rats was observed. When duplicating model was finished, the injured area center granulation tissue was taken to measure the macrophage and protein content at 3, 5, 7 day, and to measure serum C reactive protein at 1, 3, 5, 7 day. Results Compared with control group, Hongyougao could shorten the time of wound healing. The content of the macrophage and protein were significantly advantage in the corresponding period （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. The first day after surgery, the CRP of empirical group and control group were all raising, and later, the CRP of empirical group was decreased than control group （P〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Hongyougao can effective in promoting wound healing in rats.
