摘　　要：动态竞争环境是当今世界所有企业不可回避的生存现实,网络组织以其特有的优势在动态竞争环境中成为企业竞争制胜的有效的组织形式之一。天津滨海新区正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,作为国家综合配套改革试验区,对环渤海乃至中国经济的发展将产生巨大的带动和辐射作用,因而发展网络组织,可对国际动态竞争环境下滨海新区的发展起到促进作用,因此,有必要对滨海新区发展网络组织的对策进行分析探讨。It is very important for the enterprises to adjust their organizations according to the dynamic competitive environment. Being the national general testing reformatory area, Binhai New Area of Tianjin has been facing the brand-new opportunities and threats. Its experiences would have influences on the development of around Bohai Area and even the whole country economy. Therefore developing network organizations would be essential to help Binhai New Area coping with the world- wide dynamic competition. It＇s also necessary to analyze the proper forms of network organizations for Binhai New Area and the advices about how to keep it run well in a long period.
