摘　　要：进入新世纪,区域经济已成为世界经济的主要特征。区县作为城市的有机组成部分,其创新能力的提升是区域经济持续发展的前提。天津市各区县创新能力的发展,对于各区县的经济起着巨大的推动作用,二者相互促进,共同发展。明确二者关系,有助于更好促进区县经济与创新能力的提升。In the new century, the regional economy has become the main features of the world economy. Districts and counties are integral parts of the cities and their improvement of innovative capability is a prerequisite for sustainable development of regional economy. The innovation capability development promotes the regional economy in Tianjin districts and countries, while the regional economic development improves innovation capabitity as well. Based on the relationship between them, we could make double progress in regional economy and innovation capability.
