摘 要:以钢渣、矿渣、粉煤灰等为主要原材料,粉磨成新型胶凝材料,添加EVA和聚叔碳酸乙烯醋酸乙烯酯复合的聚合物体系、矿山尾矿、骨料等复配,开发了低环境负荷聚合物水泥改性砂浆。研究了聚合物种类、聚合物掺量对砂浆力学性能和抗渗性能的影响。在正交试验基础上确定聚合物改性砂浆的最优配比为:聚合物掺量11%、灰砂比1:3.5[其中m(尾矿)∶m(河砂)=1∶3]、聚合物混合比m(EVA)∶m(叔碳酸)=3∶1、减水剂0.5%、消泡剂0.2%。砂浆性能指标达到JG/T 984—2005《聚合物水泥防水砂浆》标准要求。Steel slag was mixed with blast furnace slag and fly ash,grinding into a new type of cementitious materials-ecocement,and then a low environmental load polymer-modified mortar was developed from EVA and poly vinyl acetate polymer composite system, mine railings,aggregates and additives. The effect of different polymers,polymer addition on mechanical properties and resistance to penetration were investigated. The orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimal process conditions: polymer-cement ratio is 11%,the eement-sand ratio is 1:3.5 [m (tailings):m (river sand)=1:3],the polymer ratio of re(EVA) and m (Poly Vinyl) is 3:l,water reducing agent is 0.5% and the foam suppressor is 0.2%. This product conforms to Chinese standard JG/T 984--2005 "Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar".
