摘 要:涂装作业是现代造船模式的重要环节,油漆使用和管理是涂装作业的重要组成部分。当前船舶企业在涂装作业的油漆管理还出于初级阶段,油漆配送管理无序,易出现局部断货现象,对准时化造船生产造成影响。论文研究了船舶企业涂装作业特点和油漆配送过程,基于MILKRUN原理研究建立油漆配送的数学模型,根据问题的特点,利用符号编码法和边重组交叉算子,用遗传算法求解。实际生产运行结果数据表明该模型是有效的,可实现最低成本配送,为实现精益造船提供支撑条件。Paint application is one of the important taches in modem shipbuilding, the use and the management of the paint is an important part of the paint application management. Now, the management of the coat among the shipyards in our country is only on the primary stage, the paint distribution is out-of-order, which is easy to cause break-off of the paint supply, and to interrupt the Just-In-Time production. In this text, the characters of the paint application and the management of paint distribution are studied, a math model is astablished on the basis of the MILKRUN principle, than the Genetic Algorithms(GA) is used to find the answer. The single coding and the side-reorganization crossing arithmetic operators is taken use of. The result shows that the model is valid, as well as it is able to reduce the distribution cost and to give support to the shipbuilding.
