摘　　要：我国的数字出版进入了一个前所未有的发展时期,新的传播技术和传播方式已被广泛运用到高校学报工作的每一个环节,进而极大提高了高校学报的管理水平和资源整合能力。面对国际数字出版新趋势,高校学报必须强化数字出版意识,在数字出版中延伸和发展传统学报的内容和品牌资源优势,强化高校学报编辑在数字出版中"矫正器"和"学科导向人"的角色作用。同时,高校学报的数字化出版呼唤崭新的网络出版管理体制和新型网络出版人才。The digital publication in our country has entered an unprecedented era. New spread technology and methods have been widely applied to every aspect of the university academic journals＇ publication, which has further pushed the management and resources＇ integration forward. Facing the new trend in the international digitalized publication, universities must strengthen their consciousness of digital publication to extend and develop the traditional journals＇ content and brand advantages, and play a stronger role as a rectifier and guide in learning. At the same time, the digitalization in university academic journals＇ publication appeals brand new management system and new network publication talents.
