高校学报数字化学术平台建构的网络环境分析

摘　　要：高校学报建立数字化学术平台有赖于网络环境的支持,主要包括网络的技术环境、文化环境和信息环境。在技术环境上,要求网络环境可靠、稳定,并且与新技术较好地兼容;在文化环境上,要求加强网络文化建设和管理,净化网络空间;在信息环境上,要求剔除有害或冗余信息,畅通有效信息,特别是高校学报数字化建设一般都借助于校园网,校园网络的信息环境保护和控制更具有重要作用。The setting up of a digital academic platform for a university journal depends on the support of a network environment, mainly its technical, cultural and information environment support. Technically, it has a requirement for its reliability, stability and compatibility with new technology. Culturally, it needs further construction and advanced management as well as a purified cyberspace. In terms of environment, the harmful or redundant information must be removed and a smooth and effective information highway must be guaranteed. Since the university journal＇ s digitalization is mostly built on a campus network, its information security and management is more important.
