英汉模糊词在新闻报道中的对比分析

摘　　要：新闻报道是人们了解世界、认识世界的重要手段之一,其准确性、客观性决定了模糊词的大量存在,而模糊词有助于表达不精确的概念。分析英汉模糊词在新闻报道中的异同点及其作用,可以加深人们对模糊词的认识,使之更好地运用于新闻报道中。News reporting is one of the most important methods by which people get to know the world. Its exactness and ob- jectiveness decide the abundant existence of the fuzzy terms. The fuzzy terms can contribute to express the inaccurate con- cepts. Analyzing the similarities and differences between English and Chinese fuzzy terms in news reporting, and probing into the functions of the fuzzy terms may deepen people＇s understanding of fuzzy terms and use fuzzy terms properly in news reporting.
