摘  要:利用二次正交回归旋转组合设计及田间随机区组试验,研究种栽量、种植密度、施肥量对紫肉参薯产量的影响及关系,为其高产栽培技术提供依据。结果表明,栽培因素对紫肉参薯产量影响大小为种栽用量>种植密度>施肥量,且种栽用量与种植密度有明显的交互效应;在种栽量为67.60~76.80g/株、种植密度为22110~23760株/hm2、施肥量为1386~1578kg/hm2的条件下可获得28000kg/hm2以上高产。To provide some basic information for high-yield cultivation,the influence of cultivation measures on the yield of purple cultivar from Dioscorea alata Linn. was studied by second order orthogonal rotative regression design and random block experiment. The results indicated that the order of influence on yield was the dosage of stock-tuber〉planting density〉the dosage of fertilizer,and there was significant interaction effects between the dosage of stock-tube and planting density. When the optimal cultivation measures were as follows:the dosage of stock-tuber from 67.60 g·plant-1 to 76.80 g·plant-1,planting density from 22 110 plant·hm^-2 to 23 760 plant·hm^-2,the dosage of fertilize from 1386 kg·hm^-2 to 1 578 kg·hm^-2,the yield would be over 28 000 kg·hm^-2.
