不同护理干预方法对心肌梗死患者静脉滴注1,6-二磷酸果糖局部疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者静脉点滴1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的局部疼痛状况,评价采用山莨菪碱液湿敷加局部皮肤按摩的护理干预方法减轻患者静脉点滴FDP时局部疼痛的效果。方法:将符合纳入、排除标准的60例患者随机分为两组:对照组与实验组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上加山莨菪碱液湿敷及局部皮肤按摩。在静脉点滴FDP结束时用长海痛尺评估患者的疼痛程度,比较两组患者输液结束时疼痛程度评分。结果:对照组97%的AMI患者静脉点滴FDP存在不同程度的疼痛,其中轻度疼痛患者34%,中度疼痛患者47%,重度疼痛患者16%。研究对象在不同的护理干预下,静脉点滴FDP结束时实验组的疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:AMI患者静脉点滴FDP时局部疼痛的发生率比较高。山莨菪碱液湿敷加局部皮肤按摩的护理干预能有效减轻患者静脉点滴FDP的局部疼痛。Objective：To find out local pain states of AM1 patients caused by miuslon ot iructose 1,6-dlphosphate. To evaluate the effects of the nursing intervention on relieving local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate. Methods ： 60 term AMI patients were divided randomly into two grous ： control gtoup and in- tervention group, 30 patients in every group. Control group were treated with roution nursing,intervention group were treated with anisodamine wet compress and local skin massage based on the roution nursing. The pain scores were recorded after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate by pain measurement tool,to compare the pain seors of the two groups. Results：In the control group,part pain states of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate as follows：part lighe pain was 34%~,part midrange pain was 47% ,part heavy pain was 16 %. Each group treated with different nursing ,the pain degree scores of intervention group were significantly lower than that of control group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：A large percentage of local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate. The nursing intervention of anisodamine wet compress and local skin massage can alleviate the local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate effectively.
