渔民嗜酒行为与心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的:探究渔民嗜酒行为与心理健康状况的关系。方法:对江苏省的渔民进行调查,采用密西根酒精依赖调查表(MAST)、酒精依赖性疾患识别测验问卷(AUDIT)和症状自评量表(SCLl-90)进行检测,对他们饮酒的年限、数量、问卷测试结果进行分析,以了解渔民心理健康状况和饮酒的相互关系。结果:渔民饮酒者人数比率、年限、数量远远高于陆上人群;对饮酒危害的认识,因饮酒引起的工作、社会问题,婚姻、家庭问题,因饮酒问题寻求他人帮助及对躯体的损害均较陆上人群严重;SCL-90总分及各因子分显著高于陆上人群。两组中饮酒者的SCL-90总分及各因子分明显高于不饮酒者。渔民职业、饮酒与否对心理健康有显著的影响。结论:渔民饮酒与职业、社会环境密切有关,须改变其社会心理环境,加强卫生和适量饮酒的宣教。Objective：To explore the status of alcohol drinking and mental health in fishermen,and the correlation between them.Methods：The fishermen（serving as the fishermen group） received a test battery of Michigan alcohloism screening test（MAST）,the alcohol use disorders identification test（AUDIT）and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）.Then,statistical analyses were made on the percentage of alcoholic addicts,the duration of drinking,the amount of alcohol they consumed,the statistics from MAST,AUDIT and SCL90,to explore the correlation between alcohol drinking and mental health.Results：The percentage of alcoholic addicts,drinking duration and the amount of alcohol consumed in the fishermen group obviously outweigh those in the control group.The results in AUDIT questionair reveals that problem drinkers,seviously hazardous drinkers,alcoholic addicts and harmful drinkers in the fishermen group are more than those in the control group.The fishermen have higher scores in scl-90 than those in the control group.The alcohol drinkers of the two groups（including especially alcoholic addicts） score significantly higher in scl-90 than those in the undrinkers.The fishermen＇s occupation,their addiction to alcohol,and their level of addiction are correlated with their mental health.Conclusions：The alcohol drinking of fishermen are correlated with their career and living conditions,so we should improve their living environmens and widely disseminate the knowledge of mental hygiene and moderately drinking.
