摘　　要：从口述档案资源建设与研究的现状出发,论述口述档案资源建设的意义,提出进一步建设的路径:整合口述档案资源以及制作口述档案的人力资源;完善口述档案资源建设的法律法规、构建数字化建设层面上的运作机制,为口述档案制作、管理、利用等提供保障;深化对口述档案资源的研究,为口述档案建设提供理论支撑。Starting from the status quo of the construction and the study of oral archive resources, this paper elaborates on the significance of the construction and then suggests the ways to further construct the oral archive resources： reorganizing oral archive resources, exploiting human resources for oral archives, improving the laws and regulations in oral archive resources construction and creating a digital operational mechanism to guarantee the making, management and use of the oral archives, and conducting further research on the oral archive resources to provide theoretical support for the construction.
