摘　　要：医疗卫生服务是一种特殊的商品,在供需双方进行交易时,有着特殊的市场表现特征。本文从个人医疗卫生服务需求、社会医疗卫生服务需求、国家医疗卫生服务需求三个层面对医疗卫生服务市场的特征进行了深入分析。全面梳理了各层面的医疗卫生服务需求,并分析了每一种需求在市场交易中可能存在的问题,总结了卫生服务市场失灵的表现,提出政府干预的原则和措施。Heahhcare service is a special commodity in the market, thus, it shows the connatural characteristics when exchanging. In this paper, the characteristics of heahhcare market have been analyzed deeply at three aspects of demand for healthcare services by individual, community and country respectively. The author analyzed each respective demand in the market transactions, summed up the feature of market failure in heahhcare services, and put forward the principles and measures of government intervention
