摘　　要：目的:探讨应用颞肌筋膜修复治疗鼻中隔大穿孔的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析8例鼻中隔穿孔的修复手术经验,包括2例为鼻中隔黎氏区黏膜出血,行ND-YAG激光治疗后致鼻中隔穿孔;3例为传统的鼻中隔矫正术后致鼻中隔大穿孔;2例为外伤所致的鼻中隔大穿孔;1例为重金属中毒所致鼻中隔大穿孔,对手术方法、效果及并发症进行总结。结果:手术后8例患者鼻中隔穿孔全部愈合。结论:应用颞肌筋膜修复鼻中隔大穿孔费用低、适应证广、手术简便、安全有效。Objective To research the clinical experiences of repair nasal septum perforation with temporalis fascia. Method The experiences of repair nasal septum perforation in eight patients of the past three years was retrospective analyzed. Two patients of epistaxis in little area,led to nasal septum perforation after ND - YAG laser treatment, three patients after the traditional nasal septum reconstruction,2 patients after the trauma and 1 patient after heavy metal intoxication. Results The 8 patients were all reovered after the surgery. Conclusion Intranasal endoscopic reconstruction surgery, with temporalis fascia for nasal septal perforation is economic, universal, simple, safe and effective.
