摘 要:目的:通过计算在执行任务时词语联想任务激活脑区的连接度,探讨各脑区在任务完成过程中的重要性。方法:采用GE1.5TTwin speed磁共振扫描仪对28例(男15例,女13例)健康被试行功能磁共振(fMRI)研究,试验内容为组块设计的词语联想任务。采用SPM2和Matlab7.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。根据组激活图选取种子点,分别计算各种子点之间的连接系数,将连接系数转换为连接度。结果:在严格控制被试头动、行为学表现等因素影响后,最终入组共18例(男9例,女9例),词语联想任务主要激活脑区包括左侧额下回、左侧岛叶前部、右侧额下回及岛叶、辅助运动区(SMA)、右侧小脑半球、双侧纹状体、后扣带回(PCC)、前额叶内侧面(MPFC)、双侧缘上回、右顶叶外侧皮层及双侧岛叶后部。SMA、PCC、右侧顶下小叶及MPFC的总连接度均大于左侧额下回,其中SMA的总连接度最大,PCC次之。结论:SMA可能为除Broca区以外最重要的运动性语言功能区;PCC、右侧顶下小叶和MPFC对任务的完成也起重要作用。Objective: To investigate the importance of actived areas in the word generation functional magnetic resonance imaging study with connectivity degree method. Methods: Twenty eight subjects were recruited in the study (male 15, female 13), all of them received block-designed functional magnetic reso- nance (fMRI)with word generation tasks. GE 1.5T Twin speed MR Scanner was used to obtain fMRI data. SPM2 and Matlab7.0 were used to process fMRI data. Seeds were selected according to the group activation map,and then connectivity coefficiency between the seeds were calculated,finally connectivity coefficiency were transformed into connectivity degree. Results: Eighteen of the subjects were admitted into the test af- ter affected factors were ruled out (head motion, behavioral performance and machine noise). Broca's area, supplementary motor area (SMA), right cerebellum, bilateral anterior insula/frontal operculum, post cingu- late cortex (PCC), medial prefrontal cortex (MPFC), bilateral lateral parietal cortices and posterior insula and striatum were significantly associated with activated areas.The value of connectivity degree in left later- al inferior frontal gyrus was small than that of SMA, PCC, fight lateral parietal cortex and MPFC. SMA showed the highest among all the areas, and PCC showed the second. Conclusion: SMA could be the most important area in expressive language besides Broca'area. PCC, fight lateral parietal cortex and MPFC also play an important role in the completion of the task.
