摘　　要：构建农民收入可持续增长机制,应从以下几方面入手:一是积极推进农业现代化,构建农民务农收入可持续增长机制;二是加快转移农村剩余劳动力,构建农民务工收入可持续增长机制;三是深化农村改革,完善有利于农民收入可持续增长的体制保障机制;四是加大强农惠农力度,构建有利于农民收入可持续增长的政策保障机制;五是大力发展农村社会事业,完善有利于农民收入可持续增长的社会保障机制。In order to construct the mechanism for sustainable growth of farmers＇ income, the following points should be started with： the first point is to advance the modernization of agriculture actively and built the mechanism for sustainable growth of farming income; the second one is to expedite shifting rural surplus labor and establish the mechanism for sustainable growth of peasant working salary; the third one is to strengthen the rural reform and consummate the system guarantee mechanism which is benefit to rising farmers＇ income; the forth one is to intensify the strength to strong and favor farmers and construct the policy guarantee mechanism which is propitious to rise farmers＇ income; the fifth point is to develop the social service in the rural area energetically and perfect the social security mechanism which is benefit to rising farmers＇ income.
