摘  要:利用Matlab/Simulink的电力系统仿真模块建立带旁路电感的三相桥式固态限流器模型,简单介绍其基本工作原理,并对单桥臂发生短路或断路故障时对一次系统的影响进行仿真。在分析比较电流电压波形的基础上,可知带旁路电感的三相桥式固态限流器在单桥臂故障时对一次系统影响较小,验证了限流器的可靠性。Using simpowersystems in Matlab/Simulink, the model of the three phase solid state fault current limiter with parallel connected inductance was built, the principle was also briefly introduced, and the effects on power system by disconnection or short circuit of single arm bridge were simulated. On the base of analyzing and comparing voltage and current waveforms, simulation showed that the effects on power system was very small when the single arm bridge was failed. The reliability was validated.
