摘 要:当前油品市场波动频繁,价格和客户需求大起大落,使石油企业的生产经营协调难度加大。为快速应对市场变化,增强石油供应链的敏捷性,就必须利用信息技术实现石油行业供应链的集成化、模型化和可视化。根据石油供应链的结构,主要业务可以分为油田、炼油厂和销售领域,对于上中下游业务刚性连接的石油企业,需要建立一体化优化模型,以实现各业务领域的协调与互动,及时掌握供应链节点的信息。针对一体化优化模型的建立和应用,提出今后应进行油田分区块的开采成本及油品物性的研究;原油价格预测的研究;成品油市场需求与价格预测的研究。With the frequent fluctuation in the current oil market,price, and customer demand,the coordination of production and operation for oil companies is more difficult. In order to respond rapidly to the market and enhance the agility of oil supply chain,it is necessary to realize the integrating,modeling,and visualization of supply chain by means of information technology. According to the structure of oil supply chain,the business could be divided into oil(gas)production, processing,and marketing. Oil companies which have a rigid connection of its upstream,midstream,and downstream business, need to set up the integrated optimization model to realize the coordination and interaction of the business,and get information from the nodes of supply chain timely. It is proposed that for the establishment and application of the integrated optimization model, researches on the exploitation cost of crude oil/gas and their properties of oil field’s blocks by blocks,crude oil price forecast,and oil products market demand and price forecast should be done.
