摘　　要：双链RNA介导的、序列特异的基因沉默的过程称为RNAi(RNA interference)。它作为新兴的基因阻断技术,具有特异性、高效性,存在放大效应等,为功能基因特异性失活提供了一种有效方法,正成为研究基因功能的重要工具。同时,RNAi还为基因组、基因治疗、药物探察研究提供了有效技术。本文简单介绍了RNAi的发现、特征、作用机制及在家畜繁殖中的应用等方面的研究进展。RNAi （RNA interference） is a special gene silencing process by double-stranded RNA mediated RNAi is a gene blocking technology with specificity, efficiency,amplification, and provided an effective method for functional gene inactivation specifically. RNAi can be used in study of genome, gene therapy, drug exploration. This paper introduced the discover, speciality, mechanism of RNAi and its application in livestock.
