紫草油加味治疗婴幼儿尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫草油加味治疗尿布皮炎的疗效分析。方法:采用随机原则分组,治疗组127例用自制的紫草油加味外涂于患儿病处,每日5～6次,连用5天。对照组115例外用传统紫草油涂于患儿病处,治疗天数,次数与治疗组相同。结果:治疗组完全治愈107例,显效11例,有效9例,无效0例。对照组完全治愈73例,显效10例,有效18例,无效14例。治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:紫草油加味治疗婴幼儿尿布皮炎疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the effect of lithospermum oil modified in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants. Methotis： Adopt the principle of randomization. Treatment group： 127 cases treated by selfmade lithospermum oil modified for 5 days, 5 -6 times a day. Control group： 115 cases treated by normal Borage Seed Oil for 5 days,5 - 6 times a day. Results：The treatment group： 107 cases were completely healed, 11 excellence,9 effective ,0 invalid. Control group ： 73completely healing, 10 excellence, 18effective, 14 invalid. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Lithospermum oil modified had a significant effect in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants.
