双侧精索静脉曲张仅行左侧手术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索双侧精索静脉曲张仅行左侧精索内静脉高位结扎术的疗效。方法:本组12例均为双侧精索静脉曲张,在硬膜外麻醉下行经腹膜后或腹股沟左侧精索内静脉高位结扎术,右侧不做治疗。结果:12例患者,右侧精索静脉曲张轻度7例,中度5例,术后3～12个月彩色多普勒超声复查,双侧精索静脉血流返流信号均消失,右侧精索静脉正常,左侧10例正常,2例转为轻度。结论:双侧精索静脉曲张右侧不做治疗,仅行左侧精索静脉结扎术是安全、有效的。Objective：To study the effect of high ligation of the left internal spermatic vein for bilateral varicocele. Methods： 12 cases of bilateral varicocele were operated via the left retroperitoneal or inguinal spermatic vein ligation in the epidural anesthesia while the right side lack of treatment. Results：in all 12 cases,the grade 1 right side varicocele in 7 cases, the grade 2 in 5 cases, review the color Doppler ultrasound 3 to 12 months after the operation, bilateral spermatic vein reflux flow signal disappeared, all of the right spermatic vein to normal, 10 of the left side cases became normal,2 cases became grade 1. Conclusions：high ligation of the left internal spermatic vein for bilateral varicoeele was safe and effective.
