摘 要:电容式传感器微电容检测电路的选用与设计一直是研究的难点问题之一。文章介绍了基于电荷转移原理和基于振荡电路的两种测量方法。分析了两种测量电路的组成及工作原理。电路消除了寄生电容和电子开关的电荷注入效应等因素对测量结果的影响,系统采用直流恒压源作激励信号,不需要滤波,可以提高采样速度,采用差动输出,进一步提高了电路抗干扰能力,这对研究电容式传感器的电容量及其电容的变化量的测量有一定的现实意义。The select and design of electric capacity sensor micro electric capacity metering circuit has been one of the difficuh questions in research. The paper introduces transfer principle and oscillating circuit, and analysises the two kinds of measuring techniques based on charge composition and work principle of the two kinds of metering circuits. The circuit eliminates the influence of parasitic capacity and electronic switching electric charge pours effect and other facts to measurement results. The system uses direct - cun^nt constant pressure source or constant current as drive signal without filter, and can raise the sampling speed. It further enhances circuit antijamming ability by using differential motion output. All of these have certain practical significance to research electric capacity of electric capacity sensor and the survey of electric capacity change quantity.
