摘　　要：铁煤集团自2000年起陆续引进了4套德国刨煤机,提高了煤炭资源回收率、减少工人劳动强度、改善了工作环境,为安全生产及铁煤集团可持续发展提供了保障。本文主要介绍4套德国刨煤机的差异及在生产中存在的问题,对第二套刨煤机进行技术改造的必要性及改造方案。Tiefa Coal Group introduced 4 sets of plow systems of Germany successively, it has increased coeffi- cient of recovery of coal resource, reduced force intensity of labor, improved working atmosphere, and provid- ed safeguard for Tiefa Coal Group＇s continued development. This paper chiefly introduces the differences and the problems exists at working for the 4 sets of plow systems, and about the second plow system to execute ne- cessity of technical reform and reform plan.
