摘　　要：大学行政权力与学术权力的相互依赖有助于形成最优效率模式。本文提出,高校要合理借助权力相互依赖中对抗、分立和融合所产生的权力机制,确保质量程序化的累进,不断提高办学水平。The interdependence of administrative power and academic power is helpful to shape the best efficient mode. Therefore, the paper proposes that universities should ensure the progressive procedures of quality and improve running-school level by the resultant force produced by the confrontation, isolation and amalgamation in the independence.
