法治视域下改善党的领导方式探索

摘　　要："依法治国"是党的治国基本方略,"建设社会主义法治国家"是社会主义现代化的重要目标,因此,从法治的视角审视党的领导方式,是法治社会建设的需要。改善党的领导方式是建设法治社会的必然要求,而推进法治建设对改善党的领导方式具有促进作用。在建设法治社会的过程中,改善党的领导方式既需要加强宏观领导,调整地方基层党组织的领导方式,也需要加强党对立法工作的领导,完善党对司法工作的领导方式,以及加强间接领导,发挥党在法治建设中的监督功能。The rule of law is the basic strategy. From the perspective of the rule of law,the party＇s style of leadership is the need of social construction. To improve the party＇s style of leadership is the inevitable requirement of law-based society. Improving the legal system construction can help to explore ways to improve party leadership. In the process of the construction of the rule of law,the ways to improve the party＇s style of leadership is to strengthen macroeconomic leadership,to improve the leadership of grass-root party,to strengthen the party leadership in the work of lawmaking,to improve the party＇s supervision function,and so on.
