摘　　要：粮食问题是关系国计民生的大问题。当前,粮食危机席卷全球,中国粮食形势不容乐观。黑龙江省是粮食主产区和国家重要商品粮基地,本文分析和研究了我省粮食安全生产的现状及存在的问题,提出应充分发挥其优势、为保障国家粮食安全做贡献的对策。Grain problem is an important problem related to national economy and the people＇s livelihood. At present, food crisis has swept the globe. China＇s food situation is not optimistic. Heilongjiang province is the main area of producing grain and China＇s important commodity grain production bases. The existing problems and the situation of our province grain safety production has been analyzed and researched. The strategies of giving full play to the advantages and making contribution of guaranteeing the country＇s grain safety are presented.
