摘　　要：结合地方经济和社会发展对中草药栽培技术人才的需求为切入口,从高职院校产学研相结合的内涵及中草药栽培技术专业的专业定位、课程建设、师资队伍建设、产学研相结合的基地建设与结合模式等六个方面进行了粗浅探索。It starts from demand of the combination of local economic and social development of the herbal cultivation. The paper makes shallow exploration and research from six aspects：Connotation of enterprise-college-research in vocational education, major position of Chinese medicinal herb cultivation technology,curriculum construction, construction of teaching staff, construction of combination of enterprise-college-research,combination mode.
