复合高压水囊前列腺止血系列导管的改良及应用（附136例报告）

摘　　要：目的研究改良的复合高压水囊前列腺手术止血导管在耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术和前列腺电切术中的止血效果。方法耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术中置复合高压水囊前列腺手术止血导管压迫腺窝同步行腺窝缘缩缝止血及前列腺电切术单用止血导管行止血治疗。结果本组136例，行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术46例和前列腺电切术90例，止血效果可靠，均未经输血治疗，手术出血得到明显控制。结论改良的二代前列腺手术系列止血导管在继承一代止血导管止血效果的同时，使用更方便。Objective To study the stopping bleeding effect of the improved complex prostatic hematostatic catheter with high pressure hyponome on the operation of suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy and transurethral prostatae electrotomy. Methods The complex prostatic hematostatic catheter was placed at the prostate cavity associated with coarctation along the edge of the cavity to stopping bleeding in suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy, and using complex prostatic catheter only to stopping bleeding in transurethral prostatae eleetrotomy. Results 136 cases, 46 cases were treated through suprapubic transvesicat prostatectomy, 90 cases were treated through transurethral prostatae e.!gctroto~y. The bleeding effect was reliable. There was no need to transfusion in any case, Bleeding during and after operation was obviously controlled. Conclusion The second generation improved hematostatic prostatic catheter with high pressure hyponome succeed the reliable bleeding effect of the first generation, and more convenient.
