摘　　要：α-氨基膦酸酯类化合物作为天然氨基酸的含磷类似物,具有许多重要的生理功能,在农药、医药等工农业生产中有着广阔的应用前景.综述了近年来国内外关于α-氨基膦酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性的研究.a-aminophosphonate compounds,as phosphorus analogues of natural amino acids have many important physiological functions. They are used widely in the pesticide, medicine and other industrial and agricultural production. Studies on synthesis and biological activity of a-amino phospbonate in recent years are summarized.
