Effect of Dietary β-1,3-glucan on Immune Functions and Intestinal Microflora Levels of Broilers Challenged with Salmonella pullorum

摘  要:为探讨β-1,3-葡聚糖对感染鸡白痢沙门菌鸡免疫机能和肠道微生物菌群的影响。选择120只1日龄AA肉公鸡,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组30只鸡。处理组C1和C2饲喂基础日粮;处理组T1和T2饲喂基础日粮+0.01%β-1,3-葡聚糖。在10日龄,处理组C2和T2鸡口服感染0.5 mL鸡白痢沙门菌(浓度为1×109CFU/mL),试验到21日龄结束。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮添加β-1,3-葡聚糖有促进肉鸡生长,阻止沙门菌感染引起的肉鸡死亡率升高的趋势;日粮添加β-1,3-葡聚糖对沙门菌感染鸡(T2组)可显著下降外周血T淋巴细胞增殖活性(P<0.05)和小肠sIgA分泌量(P<0.05),显著降低回肠和盲肠沙门菌和大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。One hundred and twenty 1-day-age male commercial AA broilers were randomly distributed into four treatments with thirty broilers per treatment to evaluate the efficacy of dietary β-1,3-glucan against Salmonella pullorum (SP) in broilers. Each treatment was respectively reared in an environmentally controlled isolator. Treatments were:C1 (negative control,no SP challenge,basal diet),C2(positive control,SP challenge, basal diet),T1 (no SP challenge+basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg β-1,3-glucan)and T2 (SP challenge+basal diet supplemented with 100mg/kg β-1,3-glucan). The broilers in treatment 2 and 4 were challenged SP at 10-day-age. The results showed ,that dietary β-1,3-glucan could hold back the trend of body reducing and mortality increasement due to the challengement of SP. Significantly lower peripheral blood T lympocytes proliferation index and intestinal sIgA levels were detected in T2(P〈0.05). In addition,T2 had lower Salmonella and E.coli levels in ileum and caecum compared to C2(P〈0.05).
