摘　　要：介绍了危害性生物废弃物的发展背景,明确了广义的和狭义的危害性生物废弃物的定义,并进行了系统的分类;探讨了危害性生物废弃物与可生物降解废弃物、医疗废弃物、传染性废弃物等概念的相互关系,为科学决策和深入研究提供参考.研究表明:广义的危害性生物废弃物概念脱胎于医疗废弃物和传染性废弃物,在发展过程中吸纳了现代生物科技中的废弃物概念,并被赋予了新的特征;危害性生物废弃物与可生物降解废弃物则存在本质的差别,联系较少.The developmental background of the bio-hazardous waste, the broad and narrow conceptions of the biohazardous waste, and the bio-hazardous waste in several categories were introduced here. The relationship among bio-hazardous waste, biodegradable waste, medical waste and infectious waste are discussed to help decisionmaking and in-depth research in the future. The research shows that： the conception of bio-hazardous waste is originally derived from medical waste and infectious waste, and during its developing process, some related waste from the modern bioengineering is included and some new features are beginning to show as a result; the distinctions between bio-hazardous waste and biodegradable waste are substantial while little relationship exists.
