干旱区绿洲合理生态用水量研究——以民勤绿洲为例

摘　　要：在水资源极其紧张的条件下,绿洲生态系统的保护和修复要有一个过程,只有逐步、合理地协调生态用水和经济用水之间的关系,才能真正地实现生态环境保护与经济可持续发展的双赢。因此,在社会经济发展的不同阶段寻求适合研究区域特定时空背景的合理的生态用水量十分重要。生态环境需水各相关类型与社会经济系统中的各用水部门一样,根据其作用的大小和重要程度,具有相应的用水优先次序,这种排序结果是建立符合区域实际情况的"生态合理用水"模式的基础。通过民勤绿洲生态需水实例研究,基于"生态合理用水"模式的生态环境用水量计算结果对水资源短缺的干旱区绿洲生态用水的合理配置具有重要的现实意义。Under the condition of extremely shortage of the water resources,the oasis ecosystem protection and restoration need a little long time to gradually and rationally coordinate the relationship between the water use of economic and ecological environmental,and to realize the ecological environmental protection and economic sustainable development.Therefore,in the socio-economic development to find out a particular reasonable ecological water use that suit to space-time background is very important.Like all water use department in socio-economic system,Eco-environmental water requirements of all relevant types had their corresponding water use priorities in accordance with its role in the size and importance.The results of this sort are the basis to establish the ＂eco-rational water use＂ mode meeting to actual situation in the region.Then through the case study on ecological water use of MinQin oasis,we pointed out that the result of ecological water use based on the model has important practical significance in rational allocation of water in arid oasis.
