摘 要:采用自制的可聚合乳化剂,通过预乳化半连续滴加工艺成功合成了高稳定性、固含量达50%的聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。通过正交实验,确定了最佳聚合反应工艺条件,表征了无皂乳液的结构、T、热性能、粒子形貌及粒径分布。研究结果表明,当可聚合乳化剂m/m为10∶0、乳化剂用量为单体质量的0.4%、引发剂KPS用量为0.4%、反应温度为80℃、预乳液滴加时间为1h时,制备的无皂乳液各项性能较好。通过红外波谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TG)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及激光粒度仪等手段分析发现,各单体之间参与了共聚反应,无皂乳液的T为5.19℃,胶膜的最大失重速率温度为367.96℃,乳胶粒外观呈圆球状,平均粒径为0.15μm,并且呈明显的正态分布。A high stable and high solid content (as high as 50%) polyacrylate emulsifier-free emulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsified and semi-continuous adding method with small quantity of self-made polymerizable emulsifier. According to orthogonal experiments, the best conditions for the polymerization reaction were determined. Finally, the structure, glass transition temperature (Tg), thermal properties, particle morphology and size distribution of the soap-free emulsion were characterized. The results showed that various performances of the emulsifier-free emulsion were better when the mass ratio ofpolymerizable emulsifier B/A was 10: 0, the polymerizable emulsifier content was 0.4% (by weight of total monomers, the same as below), initiator KPS content was 0.4%, reaction temperature was 80 ℃, and pre-emulsion dropping time was 1 h. The all monomers involved in the copolymerization by FT-IR, the Tg of polyacrylate emulsifier-free emulsion was 5.19 ℃ by DSC, Maximum weight loss rate temperature was 367.96℃ by TG, the appearance of latex particles was cylindrical spherical by TEM, and the average particle size was 0.15 μm by laser particle size analyzer.
