摘　　要：采用数学模拟的方法研究了异钢种连浇时,铸坯拉速、中间包内余钢量和稳定钢液量对铸坯质量的影响。结果表明:该模型可从理论上判定不同工艺条件下交接坯的位置及长度。Mathematical simulation was conducted for grade change process during continuous casting. Study was carried out on effects of slab casting speed, surplus fluid in tundish, a stable fluid level in tundish and orther factors on slab quality. The results show that the mathematical model can theoretically transfer in different technical conditions to judge the location and length of intermixing slab.
