无梭织机生产新纱线品种的浆纱技术

摘　　要：无梭织机较有梭织机速度成倍甚至数倍增长并采用"小梭口、大张力"工艺,因而要求经纱增强、保伸,特别是耐磨和减少毛羽。针对生产新纱线品种必须选择合适浆料,采用高压煮浆设备和多单元传动浆纱机,并列举当前流行品种的浆纱要点。The weaving speed of shuttleless looms is multiple of shuttle looms and'small shed,big tension' are usually adopted by shuttleless looms,which needs yarns with such properties as increased tenacity,guaranteed elongation,abrasion-proof and low hairiness.Aiming at the size appropriate to new type yarns,this paper has adopted high pressure size boiling apparatus and multi-unit driving sizing machine to achieve the key points of the sizing for new type of yarns.
