摘  要:利用60Coγ射线辐射闽引圆叶决明86134牧草种子,通过M1-M3代田间试验观察和筛选,筛选到两个86134的辐射变异后代,进行M4、M5代田间小区品比试验,结果表明:2个变异品系的茎叶比大幅度下降,其生物量分别增长39.26%和38.04%,达极显著水平,86134-32-3的粗脂肪含量极显著增长。RAPD分析表明,辐射后代与原种的DNA指纹图谱存在明显差异。The seeds of Chamaecrista rotundifolia cv.MINYIN pasturages were irradiated by 60Co-γ . Based on the observations of M1, M2, M3 generation in field experiment, we selected two plants with bigger variations in agronomic character to study in M4 and M5 generation. The results showed that the ratio of stem and leaf of two changed-plants decreased, The biomasses have increased 39.26% and 38.04% at 0.01 level. Crude fattiness of mutant 86134-32-3 increased at 0.01 level. On the basis of analysis by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers, it was found that there were obvious differences in DNA fingerprinting between the progenies after irradiation by 60Co-γ and their parents.
