摘  要:在盆栽控盐的条件下,研究红桤木在0,2,4、6g/L的盐胁迫下生长量、生物量、叶绿素、POD、SOD等指标的动态变化过程。实验结果表明:随着盐胁迫程度的加重,红桤木的株高、生物量、根冠比、叶绿素含量都显著减少;2g/L的盐胁迫对红桤木的影响与对照相比差异不显著,茎和叶生物量略高于对照,叶绿素含量在胁迫前期高于对照。在胁迫前期和中期POD、SOD活性随着胁迫的加重而上升;在盐处理后期,6g/L的盐胁迫下的POD活性急速下降,2g/L的盐胁迫下SOD和POD活性开始上升。Under the condition of salt-control (0 g/L,2 g/L,4 g/L and 6 g/L) in pot culture, the dynamic changes of plant height, biomass, chlorophyll content, SOD activity, POD activity of Ahoos rutio was studied. The result showed that with the increase of salt-stress, the plant height, biomass, root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content of Alnus rubra decreased remarkably. Under 2 g/L level of salt stress, the plant height, biomass of root and root-shoot ration had no obvious difference in contrast to the control group, and the biomass of root and leaf were slightly higher than that of the control group. In prophase of salt stress, the chlorophyll content was higher than that of the control group too. The POD and SOD activity raised up with the increase of salt stress in anaphase of salt stress. Under 6 g/L level of salt stress the POD activity decreased dramatically, and under 2 g/L level of salt stress the POD and SOD increased gradually.
