万乳康中盐酸左旋咪唑含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：建立了万乳康中盐酸左旋咪唑含量测定的高效液相色谱法。样品经稀乙醇溶液提取,进高效液相色谱仪进行检测。色谱条件：Venusil XBP C18（2）（5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1 mol/L磷酸溶液（用二乙胺调pH 6.8）（28∶72）,检测波长214 nm,进样量为10μL。盐酸左旋咪唑的浓度在5~200μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=44.806x＋73.099,相关系数r=0.999 7。该方法简便,灵敏度高,可以更好地控制万乳康的质量。A method of HPLC for determination of levamisole hydrochloride in Wan Rukang was developed.Levamisole hydrochloride extracted from Wan RuKang was determined on HPLC.The liquid chromatography separation was carried on Venusil XBP C18（2）（5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）with acetonitrile-0.1mol/L H3PO4（28∶72） as mobile phase with the detection wavelength 214 nm.The equation was y=44.806x＋73.099,r=0.999 7,the calibration curve was linear in the range of 5~200 μg/mL.The method with high sensitivity was simple,and provided the scientific evidence for the research of the quality standard of Wan Rukang.
