摘  要:通常配电网电容电流是决定是否装设消弧线圈、确定消弧线圈容量和进行消弧线圈调谐的重要依据。本文归纳了配电网电容电流测量方法,详细分析了各种方法的测量精度、优缺点及适用范围,并提出了一种测量配电网电容电流的新方法:从电压互感器开口三角侧注入两个变频恒流信号,寻找系统谐振频率,计算出配电网对地电容和接地故障电容电流。实验证明,该方法不需改变配电网一次接线,不影响配电网正常运行,具有安全、简捷、准确等特点。The capacitive current is the base of installing the Petersen-coil, deciding and tuning the capacity of the Petersen-coil. Some developed capacitance current measurements for distribution system are tested in the paper, the measuring accuracy, advantages and disadvantages and applicable range are analyzed in detail. A novel method of capacitance current measurement for distribution networks is proposed in the paper. Distribution network resonance frequencies are sought by injecting two current signals with variable frequency from the open-delta secondary of a zero sequence voltage transformer. The capacitance and capacitance current can be calculated. Testing in real-time, and without interrupting power supply, results show that the proposed method is with high precision, safety and simplicity.
