摘　　要：综述了外近年国内来农药中间体4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰嘧啶(DMSP)的合成研究进展。介绍了以硫脲与丙二酸二乙酯为原料的合成工艺路线和研究水平。分析比较了各种合成方法的优缺点,展望了合成4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰嘧啶的工业化发展前景。The progress of the synthesis of 4,6 - dimethoxy - 2 - （ methylsuffonyl ） pyrimidine （DMSP） was reviewed. The synthetic methods, in which thiourea and diethyl malonate were used as the starting materials were described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed. The industrialization prospect of the synthses of 4,6 - dimethoxy - 2 - （methylsulfonyl） pyrimidine was expected.
