摘　　要：以H2O2、醋酸或甲酸及大豆油为原料,用固体酸催化合成绿色环氧大豆油增塑剂。由生产知固体酸催化剂活性高、用量少,可循环利用。该技术可降低产品损失及反应时间,操作简便、节能又降低生产成本,并已取得了良好的环境效益和经济效益。The green plastizer epoxy soybean oil was synthesized with solid acid catalyst, and hydrogen peroxide, aceetic acid, formic acid and soybean oil as materials. The production results showed that the green enegy -saving solid acid catalyst had higher activity, lesser usage, no pollution and could be recovered. This technucal can reduce the product loss, lessen the product time, easily the process operates, save energy with lower cost and brought good envivonmental, ecomnic benefit.
