摘 要:在序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)中加入不同类型填料进行平行试验,考察各类填料的挂膜效果及生物处理能力,比选出最佳填料以优化反应器性能。试验结果表明投加了悬浮球的SBBR池在挂膜、水质净化、以及耐水量和耐水质冲击方面表1现出了优良的能力。在进水水温为15℃~22℃,pH值6.5~7.2,曝气气水体积比(9—10):1,进水COD值402~792mg/L,进水NH4+-N值50.5~97.4mg/L时,该反应器对水中COD、NH4+-N的平均去除率分别为87.9%、79.4%。Different kinds of carriers in the Sequencing Batch Bioflm Reactor (SBBR) were added to carry out the parallel experiments which aimed to compare the effect of biofilm culturing and biological disposal capacity between the carriers used in the reactors. All the parallel experiments mentioned above were trying to select the best carrier which can substantially optimize the performance of the reactor. Experimental results demonstrated that the SBBR added with floating balls showed excellent performance in terms of biofilm culturing, the capacity of water purification and the tolerance of influent volume and quality. The average removal efficiency of COD and NH4+ - N of the reactor were 87.9% and 79.4%, respectively, under such experimental conditions: the temperature of the influent water 15 ℃- 22℃, pH 6.5 ~ 7.2, aeration with volume ratio of air to water, (9 - 10) : 1, COD 402 - 792mg/L, and NH4- N 50. 5 - 97.4mg/L
