摘 要:将5次固态离子交换制备的Co2+-NaX于500℃焙烧6h,再进行一次固态离子交换制备高稳定性Co2+-NaX催化剂。ICP表征结果表明,所制备的高稳定性Co2+-NaX催化剂中Co2+质量分数为9.13%,高于5次固态离子交换制备的Co2+-NaX的平衡Co2+质量分数(8.42%)。将高稳定性Co2+-NaX催化剂用于以分子氧为氧源的苯乙烯环氧化反应,考察了搅拌转速、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂加入量等因素对反应的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件:苯乙烯6mL,溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺48mL,催化剂1.0g,反应温度100℃,反应时间6h,搅拌转速800r/min,氧气通入速率6mL/min。在此条件下,苯乙烯的转化率为69.8%,环氧苯乙烷的选择性为54.2%。高稳定性Co2+-NaX催化剂的活性优于5次固态离子交换制备的Co2+-NaX,且其重复使用时活性保持不变。Highly stable Co^2+-NaX catalyst five times of solid-state ion-exchange, through was prepared from Co^2+-NaX, which was prepared by calcination at 500℃for 6 h and then another solid-state ion-exchanging. ICP results showed that mass fraction of Co^2+ in the highly stable Co2+ -NaX catalyst was 9.13 % which exceeded equilibrium Co^2+ mass fraction in Co^2+ -NaX prepared by five times of solid-state ion-exchange(8.42% ). The highly stable Co^2+ -NaX catalyst was used in epoxidation of styrene with dioxygen to styrene oxide. Effects of stirring speed, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent amount on the epoxidation were investigated. Under optimal reaction conditions: styrene 6 mL, N, N-dimethylformamide 48 mL, catalyst 1. 0 g, reaction temperature 100 ℃, reaction time 6 h, stirring speed 800 r/min and O2 flow rate 6 mL/min, conversion of styrene reached 69.8% and selectivity to styrene oxide was 54.2%. The highly stable Co^2+ -NaX catalyst showed higher catalytic activity than Co^2+ -NaX prepared only by five times of solid- state ion-exchange, and the activity was stable after being reused.
