摘  要:研究了转化率不同时H2调节下TiCl4/MgCl2负载型催化剂催化合成高反式-1,4-丁二烯-异戊二烯橡胶(TBIR)的结构与性能。实验结果表明,聚合初期生成的TBIR中存在较长序列1,4-丁二烯(Bd)单元结构,TBIR中异戊二烯(Ip)链段长度随转化率的增加而增长。门尼黏度相近时,TBIR的生胶强度、断裂伸长率和拉伸永久形变均随转化率的增加而增加,TBIR硫化胶Akron磨耗和回弹性随转化率的增加而增加。动态黏弹测试结果表明,随转化率的增加,TBIR硫化胶的抗湿滑性下降,生热增加。初始投料比n(Bd)∶n(Ip)=0.25时,转化率控制在55%~65%时TBIR硫化胶的综合性能最佳。The influences of different conversions on structure and properties of high trans-1,4- butadiene (Bd) -co-isoprene ( Ip ) rubber (TBIR) synthesized with supported TiC14/MgC12 catalyst and hydrogen regulation was studied. The TBIR could be used in production of high performance rubber. Results showed that there were butadiene units with long sequence lengths in the TBIR in the initial period of polymerization and sequence lengths of isoprene units grew with increase of the conversion. The mechanical properties such as green strength, elongation at break, permanent set, abrasion loss and rebound increased with increase of the conversion. DMA analysis showed that anti-wet property of TBIR vulcanizate descended and its heat build-up increased with increase of the conversion. It was discovered that the most suitable range of conversions was 55%- 65% when initial feed ratio of n(Bd) : n(Ip) was 0.25.
