护理查房实施医护患一体化模式的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨医护患一体化模式应用于护理查房的效果。方法将医护患一体化服务模式应用于护理查房,采用问卷调查和抽查的形式对其结果进行评价,收集资料并进行统计处理。结果医护患一体化模式应用于护理查房后,患者满意度、疾病认知程度,护士病情知晓率、健康教育执行率,医生对护理工作的满意度及医护配合程度均较前有显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护患一体化护理查房能有效提高患者疾病认知程度及满意度,提高护士病情知晓率及健康教育执行率,提高医生对护理工作满意度,减少医患纠纷的发生,提高护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing rounds in doctor-nurse-patient integration mode. Methods The application effects of doctor-nurse-patient integration mode in nursing rounds were evaluated with a questionnaire and random inspection. The data was treated statistically. Results Significant improvements were observed in the degree of the patients＇ satisfaction,the degree of the disease cognition,the rate of the nurses＇ knowledge to the pathogenetic condition, the implementation rate of health instruction, the degree of the doctors＇ satisfaction to nursing work, and the degree of the combination nurses and doctors after the implementation of the new mode（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new nursing rounds model can improve nursing quality by elevating the degree of the disease cognition,the degree of patients＇ satisfaction, the rate of the nurses＇ knowledge to the pathogenetic condition and the implementation rate of health instruction, and the doctors＇ satisfaction degree to nursing work with fewer medical disputes.
