摘　　要：目的探讨流程管理在无抽搐电休克治疗(modified electric convulsive therapy,MECT)护理配合中的应用效果。方法制定并实施MECT护理配合流程,比较实施前后护理质量及医生满意度的差异。结果实施MECT流程管理后,配合护士人数减少,患者等待及治疗时间缩短,风险事件减少,医生满意度提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流程管理应用于MECT护理配合,是一种科学、高效、安全的护理管理方法。Objective To explore the application effects of of modified electric convulsive therapy（MECT）. Methods process management in the nursing cooperation The differences in nursing quality and doctor＇s satisfaction rate were compared before and after the establishment and implementation of the process flow for nursing coordination of MECT. Results There were significant reductions in nurses number,patients＇ time of waiting ＆ treatment and risk events and an increase in doctors＇ satisfaction rate after the process flow of MECT were implemented（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The application of process management in the nursing cooperation of MECT is proved to be a scientific, high-efficient and safe nursing management method.
