两种型号头皮针用于心内科老年患者静脉输液的效果比效

摘　　要：目的探讨两种型号的头皮针在心内科老年患者静脉输液的效果。方法选择心内科住院的老年患者180例为研究对象,采用自身对照法由同一操作者根据单双日选择5.5、7号头皮针对患者进行输液。对两种型号的头皮针在一次穿刺成功率、穿刺疼痛程度、穿刺部位周围瘀血情况、患者愿意接受程度进行比较。结果5.5号头皮针的一次穿刺成功率、穿刺疼痛程度、多次穿刺部位周围瘀血情况、患者愿意接受程度均显著好于7号针头(均P<0.01)。结论5.5号头皮针针径小、针梗短、一次穿刺成功率高,患者疼痛反应小,可延长患者静脉血管的使用寿命。心内科老年患者使用5.5号头皮针进行输液值得提倡推广。Objective To compare the effects of two types of scalp needle in intravenous infusion on senile patients in cardiovascular department. Methods A total of 180 senile inpatients in cardiovascular department were involved and treated with infusion using 5.5 or 7.0 scalp needle by the same operator based on single-double day. A comparison was conducted on the two types of scalp needle in one-time success rate of puncture,pain degree of puncture and subcutaneous congestion by multiple puncture. Results The one-time success rate of puncture, pain degree of puncture, subcutaneous congestion by multiple puncture and patients＇ acceptance of 5.5 scalp needle were better than those of 7.0 scalp needle（P（0.01）. Conclusion 5.5 scalp needle with its small size,high one-time success rate of puncture, low pain degree of puncture can extend the performance life of vein vessels, which deserves clinical expansion in senile patients of cardiovascular department.
